Thanks to iTOS' customisation and high flexibility, Mexico Natie is ready for further new developments

Mexico Natie is a logistics player based in Antwerp. The port company offers integrated logistics solutions for a wide range of customers and product groups. Operational efficiency is crucial to the company's growth. To achieve this, Mexico Natie uses iTOS, a Terminal Operating System (TOS) for logistics companies that streamlines administrative, financial and goods processes.

Our GHS system (labelling), among others, is ADR-compliant and is controlled from iTOS, as are the KPI monitoring (volumes and performance of the trucks) and all VAL activities. Thanks to the customisation and the great flexibility of iTOS, we are ready for further new developments or integrations that will come if we keep developing at the same pace.

Freight handling specialist

Mexico Natie has become a true all-round specialist in freight handling, offering a wide range of logistics services from shipping to delivery, with service and loyalty at the forefront.

The company has a wide range of specialised warehouses, storage facilities and loading and unloading infrastructures at various locations in the port of Antwerp. The company focuses on tailor-made logistics processes in order to optimally serve its customers. On the Antwerp right bank, Mexico Natie has four large, well-equipped warehouses (150,000m²) for the storage of all types of goods. On the left bank, Mexico Natie has 80,000 m² of storage space. For steel products, food, timber products, general and project cargo, Mexico Natie offers a comprehensive range of solutions. This is supported by extensive certification including ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and GMP+ (BIO), SQAS, AEO, ISPS Code, Seveso and various approvals from the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC).

In 2017, Mexico Natie also started Value Added Logistics (VAL). VAL stands for creating high added value in the logistics chain instead of pure transport. In the chemical and food/feed industries, Mexico Natie offers services such as filling, diluting and mixing products. Repackaging of both liquid and solid products is also an important activity.

Full integration of business processes

Mexico Natie is a company in full development. The need for smoothly running internal processes to support this growth is therefore very high. In order to fully integrate the internal processes, these are supported by the iTOS software package from iOnLogistics, which is specifically aimed at logistics companies. All goods, from pallets to rolls or from food to steel, are managed in the iTOS order2cash system, from order to invoice.
